Health is very important for all human beings, it matters a lot during our daily life, and our health is the mirror of our personality and our behaviors so we should maintain it at any cost.

Unhealthy life style, unhygienic food, irregular and unhealthy eating habits, late night sittings and growing trends of fast food and destroy our over overall health. Many of us do not pay attention to these bad elements and not taking good care of our health. We have to remember that our health & physical and mental well being is the mirror of our personality, so we have to take very good care of our health to live a healthy and happy life.
Here are some very useful and easy to follow health care tips towards a healthy life style. One can improve and maintain his/her health by following these healthy health care tips:-

  1. First of all, personal cleanliness and hygiene is very essential for a good health. Take bath daily; clean your hair, teeth, face, nails and overall body on regular basis. You can also take herbal body massages for a healthy body.
  2. After personal cleanliness, a balanced diet is must. Take a balanced diet which is rich in essential nutrients like minerals, fibers, carbohydrates, proteins and essential fats.
  3. Your weight must be according to your height. You should maintain your weight as per your height, over weight and extra fats are dangerous and hazardous towards a good health.
  4. Oral health is also a great factor of good health. Brush your teeth twice a day. Also change your tooth brush on every 3 months. Floss your teeth after every meal to eliminate the plague.
  5. Avoid alcoholic, frizzy drinks and smoking. These things are the dangerous one to our health.
  6. Drink lots & lots if water. You can also take milk shakes and different natural juices as they also contain nutritious values.
  7. Add green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits in your intakes. They are the rich source of minerals, fibers and vitamins.
  8. Make exercise a routine. It will keep you healthy & fit and reduce health risk factors.
  9. Avoid ordinary oil and ghee in your cooking. Use olive oil it is very good for health and also reduces cholesterol and fats in our body.
